What can I import?

PDF, images/screenshots (OCR), CSV, and text—including a dedicated flow for IT-exam question sets.

Sync isn't working?

Make sure each device is signed in to the same Apple ID with iCloud enabled. Sync resumes automatically once you are back online.

How do I restore my purchase?

It's a one-time purchase, so there's nothing to cancel. After reinstalling or switching devices, use Restore Purchases to restore the purchase tied to the same Apple ID.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Export or delete my data?

You can export all your data or delete it entirely from the app settings.
